Private Inland Container Depot Owners' Association, Bangladesh

PICDA was formed in the year 2001 with a view to make a collaboration among the Inland Container Depot operators in Bangladesh.

Being the new of their kinds, Private ICDs in Bangladesh were facing few difficulties as there existed a lot of scope of improvement of the policies and guidelines. PICDA is in the process of overcoming the problems and making the private ICDs and CFSs strong entities to contribute to country's export-import.

The President of PICDA is Al-Haj Syed Md. Shafi, the Chairman and Managing Director of Shafi Motors Ltd (SML).
